  • The deadline for E-filing and paper filing of Forms W-2 and 1099 has been changed to January 31 (formerly February 28 for paper filing and March 31 for E-filing).
  • The deadline for filing Partnership and Trust Tax Returns has been moved up one month to March 15 (formerly April 15).
  • C – Corporation Tax Returns with a December 31 year ending date are due April 15 (formerly March 15).
